Executive Chefs, Matt Conquest and Tim Searle, have vast experience throughout Australia and are proud to be serving arguably some of the best meals on the Sunshine Coast.  Our Chefs cut and age all meat to our specifications to ensure we serve sensational steaks.  Our beef is sourced from Grainge and the Kilcoy Pastoral Company.

To accompany your delicious meal, our wine guru has matched all main meals with wine suggestions from some of the best wine regions in Australia and New Zealand. 

Our restaurant provides guests with a relaxing environment in the heart of Sunshine Coast Hinterland.  The Cooroy Hotel's restaurant spans from its large indoor restaurant to its light alfresco dining on the deck.  It's stylish, chic and a great place to unwind!
